Friends, you know I believe in the transformative power of the bike, in our personal lives, our communities, and the world at large. I would be super grateful if you’d leave a rating or review in iTunesStitcher, or via whatever method you listen. It helps more gals find the show, and I believe the more stories we share, the more women who ride, we make this world – both our internal and external worlds – better with every revolution.

Also, I read 5-star reviews out on the show because I love you.

Ratings and reviews help with that, but nothing is better than a personal referral, it’d be rad if you would share the show with even just one woman who you think might dig it.

Never forget, “Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one’s courage.”

Keep moving forward and until next time I hope you enjoy the ride.

Forever Forward!

Enjoyed the podcast but not sure how this woman’s personal unfounded fear of men relates to the #metoo movement. No man was in any way responsible for causing her fear. So glad she is finding a way to overcome this disabiltating fear, but please don’t make it the fault of men.

      Hi Deb! Thanks for listening.

I saw a video recently (can’t remember where) with a young girl – like 6 or 7 – saying she was afraid of being raped. It kind of broke my heart. I can’t imagine having a thought like that at her age.

That video was in my mind when I asked Olivia, as a woman who has experienced a deep-seated fear of men since girlhood, her thoughts on whether the stories of the #metoo movement might contribute to a young girls’ phobia of males. That was the nexus of how we touched on #metoo, and I don’t think there was implied blame of men. Hope it didn’t come off that way.

      I appreciate your thoughts!
